About Dr Jess Campbell
I wanted better tools. So I started making them.
I created Weight Inclusive Care to turn clinical evidence into practical tools that respect people’s bodies, choices and real lives.
My interests sit where mental health, nutrition, hormonal health and metabolic health meet, especially around medication, eating behaviour and weight stigma.
The approach is straightforward. No food morality. No body shrinking dressed up as wellness. No shame presented as motivation.
